Completing one of her courses changed my whole perspective how I view my work, life and relationships. Not more not less :) Truth to be told - I have always tried to live more on the healthy side here and there, but being confronted with the information provided by Toni and her team brought it to a new level. There is hope when we take care of ourselves. We can take care of ourselves if we know our bodies and minds well enough. Toni about herself: I am on a mission to raise awareness of the microscopic processes happening during pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and early infancy to benefit a child's lifelong health. My goal is for every healthcare professionals and parent to understand the concept of "seeding and feeding" the infant microbiome through vaginal birth (when possible), immediate skin-to-skin contact and exclusive breastfeeding. This optimally trains the infant immune system for best possible lifelong health. I believe knowledge of this process can transform the health of the next generation.
